Service Delivery Manager
The service delivery manager is the interaction between the business and the IT organization.
You have the ability to create a good relation with Business and IT. You can analyse the business requirements, both short-term (specific cases) as long-term (roadmaps, strategy plans, etc.)
You can translate this vision and requirements towards the IT organization.
You develop Service Level Agreements that are understandable by the business and achievable by IT.
You take ownership for PRIO 1 incidents till they are resolved.
You are responsible for monthly service meetings.
